					FOG- Gold Edition
				       by Nathaniel Nesiba

1) Downloading-
Send the file FOGGOLD to your TI calculator.

2)Using Fog GOld-
When you get to the main screen there are a few things you can do. One, you can use the arrow
keys to switch between the pages to see the functions. Two, you can type a number in and it will
appear in the box at the upper left corner of the screen, then press enter and it will run that function.
Finally you can press 2nd to see all the extra options that this program provides. Or you can press
ALPHA to see a small help screen.

3)Options-
There are quite a extra options that may make this program more usefull.

1)Number input: this allows you to choose whether you want it to use L1 for the functions that
require a list of numbers, or prompt you for each one. This will save time if your using a long list of
	numbers

2)Skip Intro: this allows you to turn off the intro at the start of the program

3)Chain Functions: this allows you to loop functions over and over again by having the program
remember what you typed in before you used the function. That way when u go back to the home screen
all you have to do is press enter.

4)Round: this allows you to tell the program how many decimal places you want it to round to.

4) List of Functions-

	1) Box and Whisker plot- This function takes the input data ,organizes it into a box and whisker plot, and
displays this as well as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quartiles.

	2) Stem and Leaf Plot- This function takes the input data, and organizes it into a stem and leaf plot. NOTE: if
there is too many numbers to fit on 1 screen, it will show: "Enter to continue" this means that when you press
enter, it will go on to the rest of the plot. Also, if there are too many numbers in one row to fit on that
line, it will start a new row for thoes numbers.

	3) Equation Solver- This function solves equations that you type in to it. NOTE: in order to get "=" you must
press enter. Also, your equation must use X as it's variable or an error will ocurr.

	4) Percent Solver- This simple function can tell you what a certain percent of a number is, or tell you what
percent of a number a different number is.

	5) Input-Output Table- This function uses a list of numbers and runs them through a given equation. This is
commonly used to determine the Y amount if you know the X and the equation.

	6) X and Y intercept- This function returns the X and Y intercepts for a line defined by a given equation.

	7) Mean, Median, Max, Min-This function returns the mean, median, largest, and smallest out of a given list of
	 numbers.

	8) Graphing Inequalities- This function displays a graph of a given inequality. NOTE: The first prompt of this
function is to determine the sign in the center of the inequality.

	9) Order Numbers- This function simply takes a given list of numbers and puts it in decending, or ascending order.

	10) Scientific Notation- This function converts a decimal into scientific Notation, or, converts a scientific
 	notation into a decimal.

11)Slope- This function determines the slope of a line passing through 2 given points.

	12) Slope-Intecept form- This function returns an equation in slope intercept form based on the Slope and the
Y intercept, Two Points, or the Slope of the line and a point.

	13) Slope-Point form- This function returns an equation in Slope-point form based on the Slope and a point, or
	Two points.

	14) Standard form- This function returns an equation in Standard form based on the Slope and a point, or Two points.

	15) Linear System Solver- This function returns the point of intersection for two lines, defined by a given equation.

	16) Equation Converter- This function is usefull to users of FogGold, due to the fact that most of the functions
dealing with equations use slope-intercept form. This will convert Standard,Slope-Intercept,or Point-slope form,
or a irregular equation, into Standard form, or Slope-Intercept form. NOTE: when converting to standard form,
this function may return an invalid equation. However, any function inside of FogGOld will be able to use
	 these equations without any problems.

	17) Quadratic Equations- This function returns the Vertex, direction of opening (ex. Up, down), the answer
(x intercepts), the axis of symmetry, and the discriminant of a given quadratic equation. You can also press
2nd when at the answer screen to see a graph of the quadratic.

	18) Times Polynomials- This function is a polynomial multiplyer. You choose which type of polynomials you are
multiplying, then give the variable amounts. It returns the final, multiplied equation.
